Lawton's
Pattern Division began as a 2-man department. Over the past
15 years we have developed into a rapidly growing 25-man shop.
We
believe building value creates solid business relationships.
At Lawton we believe that tool builders who take the time
to understand your process and how you build your product
create that value.
We
do not clutter communications by filtering information through
a layer of middle management. Rather we teach the builders
of your product to be business managers. There are no supervisors
or lead men, but rather teams who have been educated in business
and who truly understand the importance of meeting the customers'
needs.
If
you select Lawton as a business partner one of the project
managers will insure your needs are met through direct involvement
and communication.
Back
in the late 1800's when foundries were depleting or even eliminating
their pattern shops Lawton made a conscious decision to be
devoted to an apprenticeship program centered on a technical
skill that is an intricate part of the metal casting process.
