Lawton Pattern
realizes that in order for our customers to successfully compete
in business, they need to be first to market, supplying high quality
at a minimal cost. We participate in concurrent engineering to assist
our customers in making this happen.
We believe the
meaning of concurrent engineering should be directly related to
the culture of your organization. While many definitions of concurrent
engineering exist, we like to define it as:
"A process of
combining the efforts of product designers and producers to ensure
that greater value will be derived from the product to the mutual
satisfaction of everyone impacted by the product."
Concurrent engineering
is a process that Lawton Pattern believes should occur throughout
the entire life cycle of the product, not just in the design stage.
We are committed to working with our customers to ensure their active
participation in this process. |
