From the first
contact between partnering organizations until the end of a products
life cycle, there is a "stream" of activities, information, and
materials that exists. We like to refer to this as the "value stream".
Lawton Pattern believes that different organizational value streams
afford different levels of value. We also believe that along every
organizational value stream, there is a myriad of opportunities
to increase value through cost reduction and/or revenue enhancement.
